We are looking for a responsible person to coordinate and manage our construction projects.

Your tasks

  • Independent management and coordination of construction projects in the field of mobile radio/telecommunications
  • Control and monitoring of subcontractors and service providers
  • Schedule, cost and quality control
  • Ensuring compliance with building regulations and safety regulations
  • Coordination with clients, authorities and project participants
  • Documentation of construction progress and reporting to management

Your profile

  • Completed studies in civil engineering, further training as a construction technician or master craftsman (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in construction management, ideally in the field of telecommunications or civil engineering
  • Knowledge of construction contract law (VOB) desirable
  • Organizational talent and assertiveness
  • Independent, structured way of working
  • Class B driver’s license
