Your tasks

  • General administrative and organisational tasks
  • Processing customer inquiries and orders
  • Maintenance and management of customer data
  • Supporting daily business operations
  • Invoice verification and preparatory bookkeeping
  • Appointment scheduling and correspondence by telephone and email

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in back office administration or clerical work is desirable
  • Confident use of MS Office and common software applications
  • Structured, independent and careful way of working
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Friendly and professional appearance
  • Good German language skills, both written and spoken
